Our vision for the Redevelopment of Gary is to create a community that is grounded by the tradition of Gary’s industry and culture whilst looking forward to strategically crafted new urbanism.

We intend to accomplish this by strengthening the existing infrastructure and building upon it to create diverse public transportation options. This encourages pedestrian traffic towards a central mixed use and business core. This will in turn, stimulate economic growth in the surrounding shopping and dining amenities. Creating “ gathering places “ for exciting festivals and weekend farmers markets. Creating vibrant green spaces to promote outdoor recreational activities and a healthy lifestyle.

We envision vibrant and accessible living that draws consumers, families and workers alike. Honoring the historic architecture by integrating skillfully designed new construction and placing strong emphasis on the walkability of the neighborhood. The overall outcome of which will be a living, thriving, self sustained and interdependent community.
