Blake Ratajack

Blake Ratajack

Senior Managing Partner

Blake began investing in real estate with the purchase of his first single family residence in 2012. Since then he has grown to having five real estate companies in three states that manage both residential and commercial properties across the South East and Midwest.

Upon graduating from Purdue University in 2008 with a degree in Aviation Technology, Blake became an independent contractor in the Chicago area where he helped establish an airline training academy. A year later he was accepted into the Naval Officer Candidate School to become a Naval Aviator. Blake has since served his country in the Middle East and South East Asia flying a variety of aircraft for both the Navy and the U.S. Air Force.

He practices service based leadership working on behalf of his Airmen and is currently attached to the US Air Force
Reserve.

Blake focuses on commercial multi-family affordable housing. Specifically, he networks with investors and community leaders to support the housing requirements for the local working class.

By acquiring B and C class properties with value–add opportunities in markets with a high demand for housing Blake is able to create safe and secure communities for tenants while producing strong returns for his investors over the life of the project.
